Avanos is grape and vine center of the Cappadocia and even mostly all over Anatolia.

Their interest about grapes also created technology which named ‘hevenk’. When people collected grapes, they hang it to wires.

Hevenk room was family’s storage which located to north of the house so they could store grapes.

Ofcourse nowadays our guests can stay in this room but also they can smell those old grapes at nights.
